Stage 1: On-site Auditions

• Nationwide recruitment will take place in Malaysia, with preliminary rounds held in four different states: Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor, and Ipoh.

• Judges: a music director, a representative from ACE Integrated, a renowned Malaysian musician, a famous Asian singer, and a local mentor from each region, making up a panel of five. They will evaluate contestants based on technique, stage presence, pitch accuracy, diction, and style.

• Contestants will be divided into five groups across four states. Each group will select 20 participants, resulting in 100 contestants who will automatically become the mentees of the mentor for their respective region. (If the number of contestants in a state is insufficient, participants will be redistributed evenly, ensuring each mentor has 20 mentees.)
  **If participation from other states are insufficient, contestants from all states will be invited to a single venue in Kuala Lumpur for audition.

Stage 2: Top 50 Qualifying Round – “The 90-Second Cut”

• Competing Date: 15 Mar, 2025

• Each mentor will coach their 20 mentees on singing techniques, stage presence, diction, and emotional delivery.

• Contestants will perform their chosen songs individually. Each judge will have an elimination buzzer. If one or more judges press the buzzer, the performance will stop immediately.

• Performances lasting between 1–89 seconds will result in elimination.

• Contestants whose performances exceed 90 seconds will proceed to the next stage, even if two buzzers are pressed.

• If more than 50 contestants exceed 90 seconds, and one team has more than 10 successful contestants, the mentor will decide which 10 contestants proceed.

• Each team will select 10 contestants, resulting in a total of 50 contestants across five teams.

• Eliminations: 50 contestants, 0 mentors.

Stage 3: Top 30 Qualifying Round – “Mentors & Mentees Elimination Round”

• Competing Date: 22 Mar, 2025

• Contestants will perform their chosen songs individually. Judges will have a “selection light” to indicate approval.

• If all five judges light up, the contestant advances. If fewer than 30 contestants achieve five lights, those with four lights will advance, and so on, until 30 contestants are selected.

• 5 mentors will sing too. Their performances and the number of their advancing mentees will decide which mentors to be eliminated.

• The team with the fewest advancing contestants will see their mentor eliminated.

• If two or more teams have the same number of eliminated contestants, judges will decide based on the mentors’ performances that day.

• Eliminated contestants and mentors will each receive a flower as a token of appreciation for their efforts.

• If a contestant advances but their mentor is eliminated, they can choose to join one of the remaining mentor teams for further training.

• Eliminations: 20 contestants, 2 mentors.

Stage 4: Top 30 Bootcamp

• 5-Day Bootcamp: 5 Apr, 2025

• 3 mentors and 30 contestants will join the Bootcamp.

• Each mentor will give a speech to introduce the benefits of joining their team. Contestants will then decide which team they want to join.

• If any team exceeds 10 members, the mentor will decide which contestants to let go.

• During the Bootcamp, mentors will provide intensive coaching on singing and performance techniques.

• Special guests will visit the Bootcamp

Stage 5: Top 20 Qualifying Round – “1 Out of 3”

• Competing Date: 19 Apr, 2025

• 3 mentors will select one contestant each from their team to form a trio group. A total of 10 groups will be formed.

• Judges will eliminate one contestant from each group.

• The 3 mentors will also perform together, and one mentor will be eliminated in the same manner.

• The remaining 2 mentors and 20 contestants will advance to the next stage.

• Eliminations: 10 contestants, 1 mentor.

Stage 6: Top 10 Qualifying Round – “PK Round”

• Competing Date: X Xxx, 2025

• Contestants from the 2 remaining teams will face off in one-on-one PK battles, each performing a solo song.

• The 2 mentors will also compete by performing solo songs.

• Judges will select the final Top 10 contestants.

• The winning mentor will be revealed at this stage and will receive the “First Generation Singer Award” from the celebrity judges.

• Eliminations: 10 contestants, 1 mentor.

Stage 7: Final Round – “The Ultimate Battle”

• Competing Date: 28 Jun, 2025

• The final 10 contestants will take turns performing their chosen songs.

• Judges and celebrity judges will select the champions, runners-up, and third-place winners.
